ProLock Saddle Type Tie Mount
Prolock screw mounting base can easily be installed on horizontal, vertical, or incline surfaces with a single screw, the mount allows the cable to be hung on walls or on any surfaces. Screw mounting base only allows one cable tie to go through the screw mount base. This can be applied in many industries for example cargo ships that need wires above the floor to prevent water damage to wires, or Telecommunication industries need wires to be hung on walls this is to prevent wire damage and wire organizing.
Prolock screw mounting base are made of Nylon 66 this makes the cable tie corrosion and aging resistant. The screw mount working temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°. The screw mount base available sizes are 7 to 9.5 mm in height, 15 to 23 mm in length, and 10 to 16 mm in width. Prolock screw mounting base are available in two colors: natural white, best for indoor application and UV black that can much better withstand direct UV exposure. The screw mount base is sold in bags of 100 or 20 pieces per bag.
