Prolock colored self-locking cable ties
Prolock colored self-locking cable ties can be used for bundling electrical wires, hoses for cabling differentiation and identification as electronic industry, telecommunication industry, aerospace industry (If better identification or tamper proof is required, we recommend using ProLock security seals that come with barcode numbers). The multicolored cable ties are also suitable to tie bags where identification needs to be named, for example the day of the week, is required due to shelf live or other specific identification. One of the applications is for example the food industry or pharmaceutical industry. The use of different color ties comes handy for easy visual detection. ProLock keeps a range of colors in stock but can produce any specific color customer requires (conditions apply).
Prolock colored self-locking cable ties is one of the most common cable ties in the industry. Designed to only get tighter and tighter after fastening. This product is made with nylon 66 material that is corrosion resistant. This product working temperature ranges from -40℃ to 85℃. Prolock self-locking cable ties are a one-piece design allows consistent performance and reliability. This product offers a solution for cable managements that is needed for wire identification and for wire managements. Prolock colored self-locking cable ties maximum tensile strength ranges from 8 kgs to 18 kgs (different sizes provide with greater strength). Prolock colored self-locking cable ties are sold in many sizes from 10 to 25 cm (4” to 10”) in length and 2.5mm to 3.6 mm in width. Prolock colored self-locking cable ties are also easy to apply for high tensile strength with very low insertion force needed, bent tail offers quick and simple installation.
